The property itself is surrounded by its own land and accessed via a good track off the highway which takes you into the beautiful courtyard area in front of the main house. There is a good sized car parking area near The Caravan (with superb views from the Caravan also) with lawned garden areas adjacent to the main house.
The 10 acres or thereabouts of land surrounding the holding is a mixture of pastureland and woodland being made up of some flat, gently sloping and sloping land. Arguably work would be needed to make it suitable for stock keeping as to date the land has been used for a more lifestyle / general enjoyment purpose.
There is an excellent choice of outbuildings as can be seen from the pictures, particularly the large C shaped stone ranges in front of the main house. These have massive potential subject to any consents required. There are also various other brick and stone built outbuildings around the holding that are ideal for a variety of purposes.
The Caravan is positioned away from the main area of the House to provide privacy and has a large lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is currently no formal planning consent on the Caravan but it has been there for around 7 / 8 yrs.
