There is around 38 Acres of land in total with this holding which is predominantly pastureland and most of it is positioned to the rear of the house. The land is a mixture of gently sloping and some steeper sloping land with the majority of the outbuildings adjacent to the house. The River Duad runs along the western boundary of the property with a further smaller tributary running into it. The house is completely private with no immediate neighbours around and has superb further potential to develop the stone outbuildings if required (subject to any consents required).
There is around 38 acres in all split into 15 enclosures, please refer to the land plan attached.
There are 6 main outbuildings being a mixture of classic stone ranges and more modern buildings and all are located adjacent to the front yard area in front of the house.
