RARE OPPORTUNITY ! Its not that often that we come across a 3 bedroom semi detached house with around 2.25 ACRES of pastureland attached with direct access out onto extensive outriding via an adjacent bridleway direct from the property.....well we've found one !! The house itself is very well presented as you can see from the photographs having been recently redecorated and has a hallway, sitting room, kitchen, utility, 2 storage rooms, cloakroom, on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. To find somewhere for under £220,000 where its possible to keep a pony or two with good outriding (you dont even have to go out on the public highway to ride) is very rare indeed.
