This is a cracking little 3 bed, character mid terraced house in a tucked away no through lane location in the semi rural village of Cwmpengraig, itself on the edge of Drefach Felindre. The house has been lovingly looked after by its current owner as you can see from the pictures and comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with staircase to the first floor giving access to two double bedrooms and a single box room, bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Outside there are tiered rear gardens with patio area and a further small piece of land over the lane that could, with a little work, provide some off street parking space in addition to the parking opposite the house used by the cottages. If you want a well presented, character 3 bed house in a rural setting for £132,500 this one could be for you !
