From Carmarthen take the A40 towards Pembrokeshire, At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit, remaining on the A40. After 4 miles at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit (A40). After 1.5 miles, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit (A40). After approx 1.5 miles, turn right sign-posted Pengawse Hill. After a few hundred yards up the hill, turn left onto Fron Hill (no vehicles accept for access). Follow this lane until you see a left track sign-posted "Welsh Cobbs". Turn left here and follow the track to Banc Saeson (at the end).
