From Newcastle Emlyn, take the A475 Lampeter road and continue to the major crossroads in Horeb. Turn right here and head into Llandysul. As you enter the one-way system, continue for a very short while and take the next left hand turning towards Pren-Gwyn on to the B4476. Continue along this road for approx 1 mile heading towards Prengwyn going up hill and around some bends and you will see the sign for Faerdre on your right at the entrance to the drive way and denoted by our For Sale board.
